Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 July 2026
1. What we collect
- Account data: the email address used at registration; if you sign in with Google or LINE, the display name and account identifier those platforms provide.
- Page content: the text, images and links you add to your page. Published pages are public.
- Booking data: the name and phone number a visitor enters when booking. This is used only by that page's owner to handle the reservation.
- Usage data: page view and click statistics, via Google Analytics and our own analytics, without personally identifying information.
2. How we use it
We use the data above only to provide and improve the Service: signing you in and managing your account, displaying your page, completing bookings, and showing traffic statistics to page owners. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Storage and protection
Data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS), which may include data centres outside the Republic of China. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it; personal data in bookings is access-controlled and readable only by that page's owner.
4. Cookies and third parties
The Service uses cookies to keep you signed in, and Google Analytics for anonymous traffic analysis. Third-party sign-in (Google, LINE) handles the data you authorise under those platforms' own privacy policies.
5. Your rights
Under Article 3 of Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act you may exercise the following rights over your personal data: enquire about or request to review it, request a copy, request supplementation or correction, request that collection/processing/use stop, and request deletion. To exercise a right or delete your account, email support@tetree.net, and we will respond within a reasonable period.
If you are a visitor who booked through someone's page, you may also contact that page owner directly, or email us and we will help.
6. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy from time to time and will update the "last updated" date on this page when we do. We will post a prominent notice on the site for significant changes.
