1. About the service

TETREE (tetree.net, "the Service") provides link-in-bio page building and online booking. You can create a personal page, add links and content, and let visitors make reservations. The Service is currently free.

2. Accounts

You can register with a Google or LINE account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. Contact us immediately if you believe your account has been used without authorisation.

3. Your content

Content you publish on your page (text, images, links and so on) belongs to you and is your responsibility. You grant the Service the right to store, reproduce and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service — for example, showing your page publicly.

Content that is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, sexual, hateful or otherwise inappropriate is prohibited. We may remove content or suspend accounts.

4. Bookings

The booking feature is a communication tool between a page owner and their visitors. The Service is not a party to any transaction or service. Delivery, payment and any dispute arising from a booking are handled between the page owner and their customer.

5. Changes and termination

We may add, change or discontinue features at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your page at any time.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is", without any guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
